Are you keen to explore career paths that empower you to discover and provide crucial data, insights and news that financiers need to make investment and commercial decisions? If so, this is the internship experience for you.

What does the Finance and Professional Services internship experience involve?

Day 1 (9am – 5:30pm)

Led by top partner firms BDOEY, HSBCLloyds Banking Group, Marsh & McLennanPwC , you’ll receive an introduction session to help you solidify your foundational knowledge of the world of Finance and Professional Services. This will be followed up by five sector specialist sessions, taking your understanding to the next level and exploring the different core areas within the industry.

Day 2 (9am – 4:30pm)

You’ll be set up on a project simulating a real-life work task, giving you the opportunity to gain first-hand experience in the type of work you would be doing in your day-to-day. Firms will be on hand to support you throughout the day and you’ll also get time to network and discuss the project with other members completing the internship alongside you.

Day 3 (9am – 2pm)

On the final day, you’ll get some more time to finish up your project, make any final tweaks, proofread and submit your work. You’ll then have one final skills session and a closing celebration to mark the end of your internship experience.

Am I eligible and how do I apply?

This internship experience is open to every student and recent graduate over the age of 18. All you require is a Bright Network membership which is completely free, and you can complete when you start your application.
