What stood out to you about Deloitte Digital?
Everyone at Deloitte Digital was very welcoming; there was a sense of celebration of me joining the firm.
How did you build your commercial awareness before the interview?
I connected with people from the consulting industry that I knew. I had virtual coffee sessions with them so that I could obtain personal experiences and then followed that up with my own due diligence.
What would be your top tip to members going through the application process?
Be sure to connect with members of the organisation you are applying to and ask how they obtained their role. They might give you insights into methods that you hadn’t thought of before!
How did Bright Network help you secure this role?
I went to the Bright Network consulting week where I was introduced to a myriad of different experiences. This encapsulated what life would be like in the world of consulting.
I also did the consulting stream of Internship Experience UK where I learnt about my interest in consulting and was able to equip myself with knowledge that helped me identify what my career was going to look like.
