1. Online application
Take your time exploring our opportunities, then apply to one programme per intake. We focus on your potential, passion and future, so there's nothing to upload. If you need reasonable adjustments, tell us on the form and we'll put the right support in place
2. Cognitive assessments
Show us how you think! You'll complete a few tests taking a maximum of 30 minutes in total, on your phone, tablet or laptop.
3. Video interview
This is your chance to shine. We'll share the questions in advance, then you record short answers about your motivations and our key values. Real humans, not AI, will review your responses.
4. In-person assessment centre
Our final stage is at our Head Office in Hatfield, Hertfordshire. You'll take on a variety of exercises based on real Ocado challenges, so whether you thrive in group discussions, individual tasks or one-to-one conversations, you'll get to shine. It's a warm, two-way day: meet the team, get a feel for our culture and decide if we're right for you too. We'll give you plenty of guidance beforehand, plus any reasonable adjustments you need.
