The process

Step 1: Application and Pymetrics Games Assessment (Online)

Submit your application. If you progress, you will receive a link to complete online games that explore how you think and approach tasks. There are no right or wrong answers.

Step 2: Pymetrics Video Interview (Online)

Complete a short, pre-recorded video interview so we can learn more about you. Our recruitment team will review your video submissions personally.

Step 3: Trainee and Business Interview (Online)

Share more about your experience and motivation, meet colleagues and ask questions about Kraft Heinz and the program.

Step 4: Assessment Day in London (In-Person at The Shard)

Take part in a group assessment and leadership interview, while learning more about our business, culture, and Trainee Program.

Step 5: Panel Interview with Leaders (Online)

Meet Kraft Heinz leaders for a final conversation about your ambitions, the Trainee Program and your future at Kraft Heinz.

Successful candidates will receive an offer to join the Kraft Heinz Trainee Program on a permanent contract from day one.
