Cammy Nguyen – Analyst, QIS Structuring desk
I joined the Societe Generale (SG) Graduate Programme in 2025, returning after completing the SG internship the previous summer.
The programme has given me the opportunity to learn quickly and take on responsibility from an early stage. The structure of the teams at SG ensures that graduates on the desk are actively involved and, at times, are even the main drivers of projects for our clients.
This programme has allowed me to grow significantly, both professionally and personally. From interacting with clients to researching and implementing innovative QIS strategies, I have been given the flexibility to develop my own ideas, learn from my mistakes, and deepen my knowledge of the markets through conversations with colleagues.
The size, culture, and structure of the bank have ensured that I have always felt comfortable and confident speaking with and learning from people at every level of the organisation. I would say this has been the biggest contributor to both my personal growth and the positive experience I have had on the SG graduate programme.
