One of the best parts of my first year on the Finance grad scheme has been the freedom to experiment with new ways of working.
I've been supported to explore my own ideas and make real change. Everyone has been friendly and open to help. It's exciting to be somewhere that welcomes fresh ideas and backs you to test them. Thanks to that support and freedom, I've learned and done more in just one year than I ever thought I would.
