Barclays Provide Spring Programmes for First Year Students
You will gain a panoramic view of the bank. Develop a clearer idea of what we do, and where you might fit, all in the space of a week in spring.
You will improve your outlook in just one week. In a week in spring, we will show you the ins and outs of a large, successful, multinational business.
Through work shadowing, workshops, interactive skills sessions and networking opportunities, you’ll gain an incredible insight into a career in the financial world. There will be presentations, case studies, an assessment centre survival workshop and even a few social events.
At the end, you’ll have a clear idea of what we do and where you might fit. If you take part in Barclays' Spring Programme you’ll automatically be considered for a summer internship the following year.
There are a variety of programmes to explore, all aimed at students who will graduate in 2017. When you apply, simply select the one you’re interested in.
