What does a typical day look like as an Analytics Team Leader?
In Analytics, we help our clients make better, faster decisions using the Bloomberg Terminal. In my role, I lead a team of Analytics representatives and coach them to always improve, while also managing client inquires. My day involves answering any and all Bloomberg Terminal-related questions from clients and my teammates, in addition to, meeting with multiple stakeholders to plan for the business.
What is your most memorable project here thus far?
Moving across the world from New York to Beijing to build a team from scratch with some of the most diverse, encouraging and smart people anywhere.

Why was one of the most impactful projects you’ve worked on?
I got to develop a hiring strategy to bring Bloomberg Analytics roles into a completely new market in China. In addition, I trained the very first batch of sales hires and brought Bloomberg global operations into China to ensure we satisfy our Chinese clients’ needs. It was a really rewarding experience.
What are your favorite things to do outside of work?
I enjoy boxing, learning another language (I’m studying French right now) and trying new restaurants around the world.
