Meet the panellists
Rong Su, Transformation Business Manager at JLR
Rong is originally from China. Her journey with JLR began in 1996 when she joined the graduate scheme. She was the only female engineer in Stamping Engineering before joining the Special Vehicle Operations Programme Management team in 2011.
Her role has evolved from SV Programme Governance Lead in 2019 to Scrum Master for Range Rover and Range Rover Sport SV 28MY programme in 2023, to current Transformation Business Manager in Global Manufacturing Engineering.

Aisha Farah, Internal Audit and Anti-Fraud Officer, Local Government Association
Aisha is a current Impact graduate undertaking her final placement as an Internal Audit and Anti-Fraud Assurance Officer at the London Borough of Waltham Forest. Aisha is also co-chair of the Impact BAME Network, one of the programme's largest and most well-established graduate networks. Aisha has a 2:1 degree in History and Politics from the University of Warwick.

Priscilla Alao, Trainee Solicitor at Goodwin
Priscilla is a Trainee Solicitor in Goodwin’s London office. She is currently completing her first seat in Corporate Technology and Life Sciences. Before joining the firm in September, she studied at UCL. She also completed the GDL and SQE at BPP.

Samantha Imafidon, Manager at Deloitte
Samantha is a Manager in Deloitte’s Technology and Transformation business specialising in Microsoft’s Dynamics 365. She has been working in technology for over 6 years.
Samantha has built a career of non-coding client-facing roles throughout her journey from account management to customer success to cloud solution architecture.
She is passionate about sharing her career and life learnings via her social platforms (known as Becoming Samantha) where she has over 30,000 followers.
