Meet the keynote speaker

Emma L Morgan, Director at EY

Emma is the Global Head of Consulting Services at EY, responsible for the strategic orchestration of the firm's comprehensive service portfolio. Since joining EY in 2006, she has delivered client engagements across all four service lines.

Emma has an MRes in Nanomaterials from Imperial College London and a BSc in Chemistry from the University of Warwick. She is a staunch advocate for social mobility and equitable opportunities and has provided strategic DEI counsel to senior leadership.
