About Langham Hall

Graduate careers at Langham Hall

Langham Hall is a global, partner-led professional services firm. Established in 2006, over the last two decades we have supported leading private equity, real estate, debt and infrastructure managers with fund administration and regulatory services. With over $190bn of assets under administration across offices in Europe, Asia and the US, we are trusted for our professionalism, integrity and the quality of our people.

Our graduate opportunities

Our trainee programmes are designed to give you a strong foundation in the alternative funds industry, whilst supporting your professional development through clear progression plans and mentoring schemes. You will gain experience across areas such as:

  • Fund accounting –  Keeping track and reporting on money going in and out of an investment fund to ensure accurate financial records while studying towards your ACCA qualification to become a chartered accountant
  • Depositary–   Making sure the fund’s assets are managed responsibly, rules are followed, investments are kept safe, and managers act ethically; building trust and ensuring strong governance
  • Fund Management (AIFM and Appointed Representative) – Managing investment funds and making key decisions while ensuring compliance with regulatory and legal requirements. The AIFM is the authorised firm managing, while an Appointed Representative supports the fund under the supervision of the authorised firm, without needing its own licence.

Alongside your role, you will study for recognised qualifications such as ACCA, with full support from us. We are also accredited for other routes including CAIA, CISI, ICA, AAT and the Chartered Governance Institute.

Who we look for

We welcome applications from all degrees and backgrounds. Curiosity, commitment and a willingness to learn are more important than prior financial knowledge.

Why join Langham Hall?

Our business is built on developing talent through an apprenticeship-model people-first culture, where trainees are given meaningful work from day one and supported by experienced colleagues in a partner-led, apprenticeship-style environment.

We define apprenticeship as structured, hands-on learning guided by your line manager, with early exposure to client work and technical challenges. You’ll be encouraged to take ownership, manage people early in your career, and grow through regular feedback and mentoring — both professional and pastoral.

With high staff retention and a strong track record of career progression, Langham Hall offers a platform where your ambitions are matched by real opportunities to thrive.
