Our Application Process
1. Apply
Submit your CV and answer a few questions about your experience and motivations.
2. Online Psychometric Assessments
If shortlisted, you'll complete assessments relevant to the role.
3. Video Interview
Some programmes include a one-way video interview, giving you the opportunity to tell us more about yourself and why you'd like to join TJX Europe.
4. Final Stage
Attend an in-person interview or assessment centre. Assessment centres may include an interview, group exercise and programme-specific task.
5. Outcome & Feedback
We'll contact you within two weeks of your final stage and provide feedback regardless of the outcome.
Our Early Careers team personally reviews every application and makes all hiring decisions, with no AI used at any stage of the recruitment process.
