About TTI

We represent the fastest-growing power tool manufacturer and solutions provider in the world!

Techtronic Industries (TTi), founded in 1985, is a world-class leader when it comes to the design, manufacturer, and marketing of cordless technology - spanning power tools, safety equipment, outdoor power tools, accessories, floor care and appliances. Our range of highly respected brands achieved record worldwide sales of US$15.3 billion in 2025 with over 47,500 employees.

Our portfolio of pioneering industry-leading brands is designed for and used by consumers, professional and industrial users in the DIY, repair and construction industries from day-to-day maintenance inside and outside the home, to major construction and infrastructure projects.

Our customers, consumers, and professionals alike, work hard every day and our enduring goal is to provide them with the most advanced, sustainable, safe, durable, and easy-to-use portfolio of tools and equipment and to continuously raise the bar on everything from design engineering to supply chain logistics.

Our Brands

TTi Brands are transforming the industry space – they make a difference to how people work and live every single day!

TTi's powerful brand portfolio includes MILWAUKEE, RYOBI and AEG power tools, accessories and hand tools, along with RYOBI outdoor products and VAX floorcare cleaning products and solutions.

Two of our most innovative brands are Milwaukee and Ryobi.

Milwaukee

Not only an industry-leading manufacturer, but a complete solutions provider for tradespeople across the globe!

Since the company began in 1924, Milwaukee has been at the forefront, developing innovative solutions for professional end users. Through a dedicated and continuous flow of advanced trade-specific solutions, the business has now evolved into a complete solutions provider.

Milwaukee sets out to work side by side with end users to deliver disruptive innovation –getting out on the jobsite along with trade professionals to understand their needs and limitations.

We rethink solutions and whether it’s bringing cordless power to traditionally corded or petrol products and manual activities, or advances to fundamental tools and equipment, Milwaukee’s focus is on working directly with users to help improve their productivity and safety.

Ryobi

RYOBI continues to innovate and lead the way as the number 1 DIY Tool Brand on the planet!

As one of the largest and most innovative power tool manufacturers in the world, we are dedicated to delivering outstanding performance and reliability.

We have built a solid and enviable reputation by developing a real knowledge of exactly what people need from their power tools, so that individuals can work more efficiently, more safely and more comfortably in their homes and gardens.

What we offer

FAQs

What degree do I need?

A degree in business or engineering is highly relevant, but we accept any discipline at a 2:2 level or above.

I do not have much knowledge of the industry - should I still apply?

If you have knowledge of our industry and what we do or have any trade experience, that's great, but we also strongly encourage those who are practically minded with a can-do attitude and a drive to succeed to apply. We are looking to build a diverse group of graduates with a range of transferable skills who are keen to develop long-term careers and grasp any potential leadership opportunities.

What skills are you looking for?

You will need to be a confident/influential communicator, who has a positive, can-do attitude with a drive/resilience to achieve results. We value your flexibility and ability to thrive and make decisions in a multi-functional team. You will be representing our brands across different channels and as such, building relationships with our customers, suppliers and trade channels, generating sales and demonstrating our products.

You will need to have an organised approach to structuring your day and your appointments. You will work independently but will be very much part of a wider team. You will take a pride in your work and our brand.

Will I receive feedback if my application is unsuccessful?

If you attend one of our assessment centres, then if requested, we will provide you with feedback which we hope you will find useful. Unfortunately, due to the high number of applications we receive, we are unable to provide individual feedback if your application is unsuccessful at the earlier stages.

Where will I be based?

Roles are territory-based and we will ask you to apply for a specific location(s). You will be expected to travel within your region most days, for which a branded company van and fuel card will be provided.  Your home will be your administrative base.

When and how will I be promoted from the FME role?

Your duration in the FME role varies according to merit, business opportunity and the direction you wish to pursue.  However, all our selections are guided by fair and equitable criteria.

A typical progression after 15 months, sees FMEs move into our Job Site Solutions teamfollowing mentoring and shadowing.  After at least 18 months in this position, next stage opportunities include key accounts, area sales or national account management.

In an organisation as large and successful as TTI, there is no shortage of opportunities to progress at every stage.

What training will I receive?

At TTI, we offer a comprehensive range of training – from in-depth product knowledge to recognised courses such as negotiation, selling and presentation skills.

Throughout the training, there will be additional support and guidance from mentoring and shadowing others.

All aspects of learning and development are designed to build your core capability and prepare you for progression into broader commercial roles.

When will I receive my first review?

All FMEs will have an annual review after 12 months in the role – where performance is assessed against pre-defined objectives.

Throughout the Graduate Programme, training, support and guidance are always provided.
