Aon exclusively invites Bright Network members who identify as women, to join them for a three-day event in central London where you'll celebrate Women of the Future. Over the three days, you will cover the skills you need to get ahead in the corporate world. You'll also be drilling down more specifically into the world of Investment & Actuarial Consulting, with the team taking you through client case studies, and offering insight into how they run their business

All attendees will also be fast-tracked to an assessment centre for a 2020 Internship Programme or Industrial placement programme, which is a fantastic route to be considered for the 2021 Graduate Programme.

Who is the event for?

This event has been exclusively tailored for women that are members of Bright Network who are graduating in 2021 (or 2nd years on a 4-year course). We welcome a broad range of academic backgrounds, but a keen interest in the Investment & Actuarial Consulting sector, along with some interest in working for Aon one day is vital.

Is Aon for me?

Few things are certain in life. Economic upheaval, political crises, natural disasters – and plenty more besides – all mean the world can be full of surprises. Aon covers a range of sectors and on the whole, its staff use their numeracy, analytical abilities and strong communication skills to help clients address key questions that affect the running and growth of their businesses. What will be the impact of rising life expectancy? Will we see an increase in anti-globalisation protests? Can we look forward to a rise in living standards? Or should we all be preparing for a fall? Aon’s business is to provide the answers.

If you're a great communicator who likes statistics, research, analysis, problem-solving and fresh challenges, there's a role at Aon to suit you.

Will you cover my expenses?

Yes. Travel expenses will be reimbursed, and central London hotel accommodation will be offered to all attendees on Wednesday and Thursday.

What will I get from the event?

This event has been tailored to suit Bright Network members who want to carve out a career in Investment & Actuarial Consulting. Attendees will benefit from expert advice, business skills-building sessions, increased market knowledge and networking with business leaders, managers and graduates from across Aon. All attendees will also be fast-tracked to an assessment centre for a 2020 Internship Programme or Industrial placement programme, which is a fantastic route to be considered for the 2021 Graduate Programme.
