We've partnered with Goldman Sachs to bring members graduating in 2028 an exclusive event on the Monday 18th May 2026 in their Birmingham office.

To help you understand what opportunities are available at Goldman Sachs, you’ll hear directly from the team. Throughout the afternoon, they’ll take you through their range of 2027 internship opportunities (opening Autumn 2026), including Software Engineering, Internal Audit, Human Capital Management, Legal, Corporate Planning & Management and Compliance. Plus, you’ll learn what to expect during the application process and have the chance to network with the Goldman Sachs team and fellow attendees.

What you can expect

Representatives from Goldman Sachs will host you throughout the afternoon, where you’ll take part in interactive sessions and networking, specifically designed to help you learn more about the organisation.

The day will begin at 13:00 and end at 16:00. Over the course of the afternoon, there will be a number of informative and engaging sessions, including:

  • Internship specific breakout sessions
  • Application advice
  • Structured networking
  • Plus much more! 

Final timings will be shared with attendees nearer the time.

Eligibility

  • Undergraduate graduating in 2028 
  • Currently attending university in the UK or the Republic of Ireland
  • Have the unrestricted right to work in the UK
  • Interested in working in Birmingham
  • Additional skills gained from extracurricular activities/work experience will be viewed favourably 

Engineering Only: 

  • Basic coding skills 

Light refreshments will be provided on the day. Reasonable travel reimbursement is available on request.
