Google UK is excited to announce that registrations are now open for our upcoming in-person Student Hackathon! This fast-paced, one-day sprint is designed for university students in Computer Science and related engineering fields who are currently studying in the UK and are ready to take their technical skills to the next level.
The Challenge: Your mission is to build an application using a mobile-focused programming language of your choice, supercharged by our latest developer tools and Google AI Studio. You will collaborate in teams to build a prototype and pitch it directly to a panel of expert Google judges.

Who can register?
This one-day event is designed for bachelors or undergraduate students currently in their 2nd or 3rd year of study in Computer Science or related fields at a UK-based university. It's ideal for those looking to prepare for the next stages of their career.
How to register?
If you are interested in attending, please apply through the "Register" button in the top-right corner of this page as soon as possible. Please don't forget to include your updated CV and to give us full access to visualise it.
Once registrations will close, we will evaluate all the submitted information and will come back to everyone who has expressed interest, within a week, with insights and next steps, whether they have been selected or not to participate in the event.
Please note this event is in-person only. We will contact the shortlisted participants closer to the event date with the details and next steps.
