Our annual Fast-Track Event is designed to help improve access to careers in asset and wealth management and support talented students from underrepresented backgrounds. This gives talented women at the start of their careers the opportunity to take part in a series of speed interviews with representatives from business areas of their choice. Successful participants will be fast-tracked to an assessment centre for our 2027 Internship Programme, providing an opportunity to showcase their potential and gain accelerated access to our recruitment process.

Who is this event for?

Essential:

  • Undergraduate members who identify as Female and are graduating in 2028 (or 2029 if on a 4 year course)
  • Attending a UK university

Desirable:

  • STEM students with an interest in a career in Asset & Wealth Management

How to apply

This event is taking place at Schroders' offices in London - 1 London Wall Place, EC2Y 5AU. As the event is being run in person, Schroders will be offering travel cost reimbursements for attendees travelling on public transport from outside of London up to the sum of £100. Reimbursement will be handled after the event.

To attend the event on 25th September 2026, click the "Apply Now" button at the top of the page. If your application is progressed, you’ll be invited by Schroders to complete a cognitive/numerical assessment. Candidates who successfully complete the assessment will then be considered for a place at the event.
