    Accenture Consultants help our clients conceive, design and execute business solutions at the speed and scale that the new digital world demands. On this taster day, you’ll gain insight into the skills that transform our clients’ businesses across people, processes and technology.
     

    You’ll have the opportunity to – 

    • Understand who Accenture is, meet our people and take part in a Consulting 101 Workshop and use the methodologies our Consultants use  
    • Discover how Accenture’s thriving African-Caribbean Network strives to make Accenture the employer of choice for people of Black heritage, as well as their events, initiatives and support for employees at every level of the business  
    • Innovate as part of a team as you’re guided through a project during the ‘Consulting 101’ workshop. You’ll be working with a team of Consulting Analysts to develop a solution for a client in one of our fast-moving industry sectors 
    • After the taster day, you will have a chance to interview for the Consulting 12 Month Industrial Placement 
    • You will be provided with unique insights on how to approach and prepare for the assessment centre 
       

    Where you’ll work 

    This is an entirely digital experience. You won’t be expected to commute or travel to any Accenture offices. All you’ll need is your laptop! 
     

    What we’re looking for 

    We would like to encourage students of Black Heritage to apply to the Empowering Black Futures: Consulting Internships Taster. You must be in your penultimate year of your undergraduate degree to apply. If you are successful, you will need to be available on Wednesday 16th November from 9am-6pm.

    How to apply 

    Simply click on the button below and submit an application through our Headstart platform. You will then be expected to complete an online assessment activity called the Discovery Portal. Once complete, a member of the team will then be in touch to let you know if you have been successful.

    Please note, 

    After completion of the Empowering Black Futures: Consulting Internships Taster penultimate year students will have the opportunity to interview for our Consulting 12 Month Industrial Placement. If successful, you will be required to meet the minimum academic criteria of a degree (in any discipline – predicted) and be in your penultimate year of a three-year undergraduate degree, or penultimate year of a four-year integrated master's programme. You will need to be available for an online assessment centre between the 28th – 30th November 2022. Please note we do not sponsor visas for internships at Accenture; you must have the right to work in the UK for the duration of the internship.  

    For the Consulting 12 Month Industrial Placement you must have a full placement year as part of your undergraduate degree or in the penultimate year of your integrated masters. 

    You are only eligible to apply for one Consulting Internship Taster session taking place in 2022.
