As part of the Finance function, you will perform a range of activities across Financial Reporting and Business Control. You’ll also gain insight across the wider Finance function, as well as change activities impacting the wider UK business.

This 12-week internship will provide successful candidates with the opportunity to gain a basic knowledge and understanding through hands-on involvement in Aegon Asset Management’s Finance department. 

We’d love to hear from you if you are

  • An Undergraduate currently studying a university degree in a relevant subject, for instance Accounting, Business or Finance, and on course for at least a 2:1 Honours degree or equivalent. 
  • Interested in a career in Finance. 
  • Available between June – August 2024 and able to work from our Edinburgh office at least 2 days per week over this period. 
  • Highly motivated, with the drive and stamina to act on your own initiative. 
  • Proficient in MS Excel and Word. 
  • A team player with strong attention to detail and an analytical approach. 
  • Have strong verbal and written communication skills 

You will be required to work 7 hours per day, Monday to Friday.
