    What you will be doing

    You will be on a development pathway to prepare you to be a Materials and Processes Engineer and can expect to be involved in the following:

    • Materials and Processes
    • Assembly processes and fastening systems
    • Composite structural materials
    • Metallic structural materials
    • Corrosion protection principles
    • Sealants, coatings and auxiliary materials
    • Manufacturing Engineering
    • Customer Services
    • Design and modification of aero structures
    • Digitalisation

    At the end of the 2 year development programme you will be fully equipped to be a key player as a Materials and Processes Engineer.

    What we look for

    To be a successful applicant to the Airbus Global Graduate Programme, you will need to demonstrate you have:

    • A degree level or equivalent within a relevant field of study. Degree type: Materials Science/Aeronautical/ Mechanical Engineering (2:1 or higher)
    • Strong verbal and written communication in our business language (English)
    • A desire to work in a collaborative team environment, focused on driving future innovation
    • Natural curiosity and excitement to explore new topics and ideas
    • Excitement to work in a dynamic and changing environment
    • Passion about aerospace and the challenges of the civil aircraft market
    • The ability to be self aware and a wish to be in the driving seat of your development.
    • Proficient oral and written communication skills
    • Ability to collaborate within a team
    • Sensitivity to clients needs and ability to develop good client relationships
    • Good knowledge of data analysis techniques
