    We are the business facing Human Resources (HR) team at Filton site near Bristol.

    Our team is made up of HR Business Partners and Advisors, Recruitment Business Partners and HR event managers, all of whom work closely with employees and managers at Filton site but also other locations such as Broughton, London and Brize Norton. Our team supports a variety of different functions and also works transnationally across the wider Airbus company.

    We are a very supportive team and have an open environment for asking questions and sharing with each other. We also believe in having fun and taking time out of our everyday roles to connect and take a break!

    The UK team is creative and dynamic with a real passion for the subject. The Events work is rewarding and there is much scope for involvement and innovation.

    What you will be doing

    • Support Airbus UK team in the delivery of recognition events for Airbus employees and communications;
    • Work in close co-operation with the team;
    • Interface with a variety of line managers, HR Business Partners, External Suppliers and the internal Communications team;
    • Help support the employee recognition events (Recognition of Learning, Long Service Awards);
    • Hold real responsibilities seeing projects through from beginning to end;
    • Work alongside varying levels throughout the business liaising with internal customers and external suppliers.

    Activities in this area are high profile and well supported by senior management within HR and the wider Business. This will give the opportunity to support your future career.

    Requirements

    Our placements are open to Undergraduates only. Therefore it is mandatory for candidates to be an undergraduate for the whole duration of the placement. Please inform your graduation date on your application. Successful candidates will be able to demonstrate the following:

    • Studying subjects related to Project management, Human Resources, Events or Business;
    • management;
    • Knowledge in GSuite is an asset;
    • Good communication skills and able to relate with different stakeholders;
    • Time management and initiative taking;
    • Organisation skills attention to details.
