To assist the Communications function with various editing projects. To provide editing support in the run up to and during an upcoming Client event 30 September and 1 October 2025. This role will be from July up to and including 2 October.

Key responsibilities

  • Assist with editing and proofreading a range of internal and external documents, ensuring clarity, accuracy, and consistent style across all communications.
  • To curate and publish daily alternatives focused news based reviewing provided news feeds.
  • Support the creation of original content such as internal updates, short articles, social posts, and event summaries for multiple audiences.
  • To support in the review of topical presentations going to clients.
  • Collaborate with team members to prepare and format presentations, research notes, and announcements for publication.
  • Conduct preliminary review checks to ensure submissions meet the team’s quality standards before publication, following established best‑practice guidance.
  • Assist with managing and updating content on internal platforms, including liaising with relevant teams to ensure correct uploading processes.
  • Provide general communications support, including research tasks, coordination with colleagues, and responding to ad hoc editing or content requests.
  • Assist with answering London office reception phone

Key requirements
