At A&M Valuations, we help our clients understand, protect and maximise value in an ever-changing world. By combining our valuation expertise with A&M’s operational heritage, we support businesses across their lifecycle- from start-ups to restructuring- spanning diverse industries.
We are a dynamic, entrepreneurial, and fast-growing business. Over the last 10 years we have established teams in London, Frankfurt, Amsterdam, Munich, Paris, and Madrid. As part of our continued expansion, we are offering graduate opportunities in our London office.
How you will contribute
Our three-year graduate programme provides a unique opportunity to explore the world of valuations while studying towards the globally recognised CFA qualification. From day one, you’ll be fully involved in live projects and supported by structured training and mentoring from very experienced colleagues. It is part of A&M’s commitment to continuous learning and development.
You will gain experience across all our valuations services, including portfolio valuations, M&A and investment analysis, restructuring, litigation, financial reporting , and tax valuations. Beyond technical skills, we’ll help you develop key transferable skills such as project management and presenting complex ideas in a simple manner.
While you will likely spend the majority of time working in the London office, you’ll also benefit from opportunities for cross-border collaborations with our European teams, including travel, and exposure to multidisciplinary projects across A&M service lines.

Qualifications
We are looking for enthusiastic, curious individuals who are eager to grow within the valuation profession. While we don’t expect you yo have prior experience in valuations, we value your potential and passion for learning.
Requirements
- Eligibility to work in the UK
- 2:1 or higher undergraduate degree
- ABB grades or above at A-level (or equivalent; some exceptions may apply)
- Proficiency in Excel and Word (intermediate level)
- Business-level English; additional languages are desirable
- Interest in corporate social responsibility and diversity initiatives.
