We are looking to recruit an enthusiastic and hard-working Production Assistant to support the Production team. The role is a fixed term position and will be working across the filming and production of BAFTA’s London based award ceremonies in 2026.

The individual we are looking for needs to demonstrate excellent organisational skills, be a clear and concise communicator and have some experience in production, with a keen eye for detail. They will need to be motivated and eager to learn.

You will work with BAFTA’s In-house Production team to support with the production of a variety of filmed content based on BAFTA’s year round activity.

Who you are

  • You'll have excellent computer skills including (at a minimum) Word and Excel and experience of database packages.
  • You'll have basic knowlege on production paperwork and some experience within live production
  • Highly organised and self-motivated with an excellent eye for detail.
  • Passionate about the screen arts, specifically the film industry.
  • Able to process a lot of information and data quickly and accurately.
  • An excellent team player, with a strong work ethic.
  • Flexible, and able to work on multiple projects at once.
  • You'll be passionate about sustainability and limiting the impact productions have on the environment
