Our generalist scheme consists of 3-month placements that span across multiple areas including operations and logistics, marketing, commercial, HR, procurement and data analytics.
This variety of placements is ideal for grads who aren’t sure where they want to specialise yet; it’s a way of trying different areas of the business and seeing what fits for you.
After an initial induction, you will get the opportunity to go on rotation across the Group, in businesses including cinch, webuyanycar, Marshall and BCA UK.
Placements will take place in locations such as Birmingham, Cambridge, Doncaster, Manchester, London and Bristol so there will be travel around the UK and you need to be happy with frequent overnight stays.
A senior mentor and a buddy will be provided to support you and make sure you get the most out of each rotation, with the expectation that you maximise the placements and your experience on the programme. You will be part of a larger cohort of graduates in other business areas and this community provides a great source of insight and experience you can draw on.
Once you apply online, we will review your CV and experience. If it feels like a good fit, you will be invited to a video interview to answer some questions about you and why you have applied for this scheme – it is an opportunity for us to get to know you better and find out what you know about us.
Candidates who are shortlisted after the video interview will have a virtual interview, and then they will be invited to come along to an Assessment Centre at one of our sites (with expenses refunded). This is an opportunity to meet some of the team, including old and current graduates. It will also give you a good insight into life at Constellation Automotive Group. This is a fun day and you will learn a little about yourself, too!
