Manufacturing production
Our Manufacturing Production Industrial Placements are an exciting opportunity to work at the heart of the Luxury Vehicle Manufacturing Sector. You will be working with industry experts in our technical teams to gain an understanding of lean manufacturing, process development, innovations, environmental aspects and our sustainability strategy. We have Manufacturing Production Industrial Placements available within: Continental, Paint, SUV and Final 2. Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Defining and supporting implementation of strategic initiatives within the departments operations at all levels
- Working proactively with the teams within Final 2 on the continuous improvement activity to improve output and quality of Bentley product
- Developing communication, team-working, planning and reporting skills to support production management
- Collaborate with the complex problem solving team to fully investigate and understand the Root Cause of concerns and then support with implementing solutions
About you
The successful candidate will be on track to achieve a 2:1 in the following degrees: Manufacturing, Engineering, Business, Environmental Science, Mathematics or Economics. It would be advantageous to have mechanical or engineering experience and an interest in data analysis. The successful candidate will:
