We are currently undergoing significant strategic change to ensure that Bentley becomes the benchmark for sustainable luxury. To enable this we’re looking for new thinkers, capable of helping us deliver an extraordinary journey for our customers, and to achieve our ambitions for the future. This role is the perfect opportunity to work alongside and be mentored by industry leading experts, understand the Manufacturing Training & Development Strategy and build your network to support your personal development journey. Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Support the implementation of the BEV (Battery Electric Vehicles) colleague awareness programme- enabling colleagues to understand the implication of BEV and how they will contribute to the overall programme
- Implementation of the Future Skills programme in Manufacturing, with focus on BEV and Digital Skills needed for the Future Factory. Exploring learning solutions and working with departments to achieve deliverables
- Support the development and roll out of critical Manufacturing Strategy topics
About you
The successful candidate will be on track to achieve a 2:1 in the following degrees: Engineering, Business, or alternatively in Digital Science with a strong interest in the Automotive Industry. It would be advantageous to have demonstrable experience of Project Management, this could be in a previous role or a project you have worked on during your Academic Studies. The successful candidate will:
