An Operations Management Graduate Trainee with a passion for Operations Management who is looking for an opportunity to fast track their career. Our fantastic Graduate Scheme will give you hands on experience on how to manage teams, projects and resources.

Throughout your time on the scheme you will benefit from an 11 week rotation that exposes you to customer support areas such as Customer Services, European Customer Services, Customer Verification, Customer Payments and Responsible Gambling. In addition, you will also explore specialist roles such as Analyst and Training roles.

You will continuously receive dedicated mentoring from senior managers who will be supporting you to reach your full potential and build your career within the management structure of our dynamic organisation.

The position is offered on a full time basis and will require a flexible approach to working hours working any five days from seven, including evenings and bank holidays.

Successful applicants will need to provide proof of eligibility to work in the UK. Start dates available immediately and throughout 2023.

Main responsibilities

  • Embarking on an 18 month development programme, designed to accelerate you through an increasingly steep learning curve.
  • Participating in a rotational scheme which introduces you to some of our key functions and colleagues.
  • Dealing with one or more mentors from bet365’s Senior Managers from day one of your programme.
  • Taking on real management responsibility where you can apply new skills in a supportive environment.
  • Forming long-lasting professional relationships with stakeholders around the Company.

Preferred skills and experience

  • Degree awarded within the last three years, having achieved a 2:1 classification or higher, or be expecting the same honours.
  • First class interpersonal skills coupled with the potential to lead others.
  • Genuine passion for Operations Management in a busy customer-oriented environment
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Driven and proactive approach to work.
