BlackRock’s purpose is to help more and more people experience financial well-being. As a global investment manager and a leading provider of financial technology, our clients—from grandparents, doctors, and teachers to large institutions—turn to us for the solutions they need when planning for their most important goals.

To achieve this, our workforce must reflect the diversity of our clients so that we can bring a wealth of perspectives and insights to solve their unique, complex challenges.

We already know that the best solutions result from the ideas and contributions of a diverse team of partners, and that more diverse teams tend to outperform homogeneous ones.

But it’s not enough to focus solely on building a diverse workforce. We take it one step further and ensure that each and every employee feels included, respected and valued – that they belong. We are building a culture of innovation, curiosity, and compassion, one that enables every employee to make an impact.

Black Heritage Insight Program

Join this two-day insight event for students of Black heritage, to learn more about who we are, what we stand for and what early career opportunities we have available in the U.K.

You’ll hear from inspirational Black professionals at various stages in their careers as they provide an inside look at what it means to be part of the world’s largest asset manager. Participants will engage in talks, workshops, and networking events to gain the skills and knowledge necessary to build a fulfilling career. There will also be the opportunity to be considered for our 2024 Summer Internship Program.

This insight program will take place in our London office on Monday 18th and Tuesday 19th September. Participants selected for the insight program must be available during both days.
