The Spring Insight Program is a week-long initiative that takes place in Spring of 2023 for students of all academic backgrounds graduating from an undergraduate or Master's degree in 2025.
The program offers an immersive experience in one of our business areas – you’ll participate in work shadowing, a group project, networking and social events. You’ll be well on your way to being a true student of the markets by the end of the week. We think it’s important to have an open mind about where you begin your career and you’ll be able to apply to up to two business areas.
Important: Candidates can apply for only one program (e.g. Summer Internship Program) and up to two opportunities within that program (e.g. Internal Audit and Portfolio Analytics). If you withdraw your application, you will not be able to submit an application for a different role. Once you submit your application you will immediately be invited to submit a Virtual Cover Letter depending on the vacancy or vacancies you apply to. You must submit your Virtual Cover Letter within 5 calendar days, as failure to do so will result in your application being automatically withdrawn.
