- Lead data‑driven reporting using scorecards, analytics, and trend insights to highlight risks and opportunities.
- Run structured supplier engagement including QBRs, performance reviews, and cross‑functional meetings.
- Resolve supplier issues quickly and effectively, coordinating root‑cause analysis and corrective actions.
- Work closely with Procurement Category Managers, providing insights on supplier risk, segmentation, and alignment to category strategies.
- Maintain accurate supplier and contract records, ensuring renewals and governance documentation are always up to date.
- Support commercial value delivery, including rebate recovery, invoice discrepancy resolution, and cost‑saving opportunities.
- Drive innovation and efficiency, identifying opportunities for process improvement and supplier‑led innovation.
- Monitor supplier financial health and ethical standards, ensuring alignment with sustainability and resilience expectations.
What will help you
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills, with confidence to influence and build trusted relationships.
- Negotiation and influencing ability, balancing strong outcomes with positive supplier partnerships.
- Understanding of performance frameworks (KPIs, SLAs, RCA, 5 Whys, PDCA).
- Analytical capability to interpret data, spot trends, and turn insights into action.
- Competence in MS Office and reporting tools, especially Excel.
