Our training contract is renowned industry-wide for nurturing the next generation of top law talent.
Trainees receive in-depth department training at the beginning and during each seat, which will give you the legal know-how to succeed in their department. You can expect to have received 232 hours of training from our dedicated team by the time you’re a qualified lawyer.
As you approach qualification, we’ll meet with you several times to discuss your career direction, explore available options and understand your goals. We work hard to keep trainees in the firm, giving you the opportunity to work in an area that’s aligned with your interests and ambitions.
Applications for our Training Contract open on October 19, 2026, and close on May 31, 2027.
