    Tailored training

    On our 24-month programme, we recognise everyone brings a unique background and skill set. That's why our tailored training is designed to align with your personal strengths and experiences. you'll take on four dynamic 6-month placements throughout the business, gaining hands-on experience that shapes the future of gas and positions us at the forefront of sustainable energy. But it doesn't stop there. Accredited by IGEM, our programme offers mentorship to Professional Registration, a journey that kicks off during your time in the Engineering Programme. As you navigate this transformative experience, you'll be fully supported and encouraged on your path of professional development, with ample opportunities to enhance your skills and meet the proficiency outlined by the Engineering Councils UK SPEC.
