The MPhil in Management provides an academically rigorous and professionally relevant programme for recent graduates with less than a year of work experience.

The core of the MPhil in Management is grounded in the latest advances in business and management theory and practice, and covers quantitative methods, accounting, organisational behaviour and analysis, and marketing (foundation); business economics, finance, and strategy (consolidation); operations management and the Management Consulting Project (implementation). This is complemented by a range of electives aligned to potential careers in management.

Professional experience

This is a pre-experience programme. Applicants should have no more than a year of work experience (excluding vacation employment and internships during the course of their undergraduate degree).

Undergraduate achievement

A First Class Honours degree in a subject other than business or management.
