The Accelerate Programme
The Accelerate Programme is Capgemini Invent UK's award winning graduate development programme. Over approximately 19 to 21 months, you'll progress from Associate Consultant to Consultant through a blend of structured learning, coaching, mentoring and hands on client experience. Following an initial three week induction and a twelve week consulting training programme delivered by the Institute, you'll move into your chosen pathway, applying your skills on live client projects while benefiting from ongoing development, regular feedback and a strong graduate community. Travel to client sites may be required, and candidates should live within reasonable commuting distance of their chosen office location.
Hybrid working: The places that you work from day to day will vary according to your role, your needs, and those of the business; it will be a blend of Company offices, client sites, and your home; noting that you will be unable to work at home 100% of the time.
Your role
Once you have completed your training with the institute, you will enter the Academy, where you can apply learnings from the Institute to live client engagements. Day-to-day activities can vary depending on the type and length of a project.
Typical tasks include
- Analysing data or business processes and requirements to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Gathering information on business operations through stakeholder interviews and workshops.
- Identifying insights from data to support recommendations and evidence-based decision making.
- Creating presentations, reports and recommendations for clients and internal stakeholders.
- Working in cross-functional teams with experienced consultants to deliver meaningful business transformation.
