Our Programmes

For nearly 60 years, Capgemini has supported graduates in working collaboratively to solve real-world challenges for clients. Every day, Capgemini’s 420,000+ strategy, business, and technology specialists deliver innovation and excellence, across a variety of projects. With a strong industry focus, graduates can build careers in sectors such as healthcare, retail, utilities, manufacturing, the public sector, and more.

Capgemini’s two award-winning graduate programmes combine hands on experience with structured development, helping graduates grow their consulting, technology, industry, and soft skills. Graduates thrive with tailored feedback and mentoring, alongside individualised development in areas such as business analysis, data, project management, software development, cybersecurity, and creative design.

The Empower Programme prepares graduates for dynamic roles that integrate both technology and business expertise. Built around six Power Skills, Empower combines client work, role-specific training, and collaborative projects. Learning Pods build cross-functional networks and follow personalised learning roadmaps.

The Accelerate Programme at Capgemini Invent fast-tracks graduates into specialist consulting roles. It begins with a four-month immersive experience at the Institute, where graduates learn core consulting skills in a safe learning environment, before progressing to 18 months of real client engagement.

Regular social and networking events foster strong connections and a collaborative culture. With access to over 250,000 learning resources, volunteering days, and industry-recognised certifications, graduates gain the confidence and skills to grow their careers in the direction that’s right for them.

Capgemini is proud to be a disability inclusive employer. We work with MyPlus who support the 18% of disabled students and graduates applying for jobs, internships and placements. What does this mean? Click here to find out more.
