Capgemini’s two award-winning graduate programmes combine hands on experience with structured development, helping graduates grow their consulting, technology, industry, and soft skills. The Empower Programme prepares graduates for dynamic roles that integrate both technology and business expertise. Built around six Power Skills, Empower combines client work, role-specific training, and collaborative projects. The Accelerate Programme at Capgemini Invent fast-tracks graduates into specialist consulting roles. It begins with a four-month immersive experience at the Institute, where graduates learn core consulting skills in a safe learning environment, before progressing to 18 months of real client engagement.
