This opportunity is designed for graduates who have completed their studies and are ready to start their CGI journey in January 2027. If you’re still at university, we’d love you to explore our other graduate opportunities and find the intake that best matches your graduation date.

As a Project Management - Business Graduate, you’ll help turn plans into successful outcomes. You’ll support the delivery of complex projects, coordinate activities and work with colleagues and clients to keep delivery on track.

You’ll be trusted with responsibility from day one, helping teams manage priorities, risks, dependencies and stakeholder expectations. Your organisation, communication and problem-solving skills will contribute to projects that make a real difference.

Your future duties and responsibilities

In this role, you’ll help plan, coordinate and deliver projects across a range of industries. You’ll bring structure to complex work, connect colleagues and clients, and help teams deliver successful outcomes.

You will:

  • Support project planning: Help develop delivery plans, schedules, milestones and success measures.
  • Monitor delivery: Track progress, actions, budgets and dependencies, helping teams remain focused on agreed outcomes.
  • Manage risks and governance: Identify and record risks and issues, support project reporting and help maintain effective governance.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders: Work with colleagues, clients and delivery partners to maintain clear communication and coordinate project activity.
  • Support continuous improvement: Use evidence, feedback and lessons learned to help improve how projects are delivered.
  • Innovate alongside other graduates: Take part in early careers initiatives that go beyond your day-to-day role.

Every contribution you make will help deliver outcomes with lasting impact.

Your journey starts with a structured Early Careers Induction Programme, giving you the foundations to succeed, along with 24/7 e-learning and opportunities to gain professional certifications that build your expertise. You’ll also join our Student Kick-start Initiative, where you’ll collaborate with other graduates on creative projects that deliver impact beyond your day-to-day role.
