How you'll make an impact
Client data analysis
- Pull client information from internal systems for analysis
- Organise, clean, and validate client data to ensure accuracy
- Analyse client buying, bidding, and engagement behaviour
- Identify trends across clients, categories, and regions
- Produce summaries of findings and report insights to the team
Client Reporting for Senior Managers
- Prepare client reports for senior directors
- Compile client biographies and background profiles, including collecting and synthesising relevant information
- Tailor reporting to specific meetings, clients, or strategic questions
- Ensure all client-facing and senior-level materials are accurate, clear, and appropriately detailed
Strategy insight support
- Support client strategy projects through data analysis and research
- Pull and analyse client information to support targeting and outreach initiatives
- Assist with identifying priority clients and strategic opportunities
- Provide insight and data in response to ad hoc strategic requests
Reporting presentation materials
- Create and maintain Excel trackers for client and sales performance
- Turn data into clear tables, charts, and written summaries
- Build and update PowerPoint presentations for internal use
- Support preparation of materials for meetings and reviews
Cross-departmental support
- Provide strategy-related support to other departments when required (e.g. targeting, client analysis)
- Share relevant insights and data with specialists and client-facing teams
- Coordinate information across teams to support aligned decision-making
Manager team support
- Provide ad hoc analytical and organisational support to the Client Strategy Director
- Assist with prioritising and delivering time-sensitive requests
- Support ongoing projects as needs change
Meetings coordination
- Arrange and set up internal meetings
- Prepare materials and information in advance of meetings
- Track follow-up actions and provide post-meeting support where required
Administrative operational tasks
- Maintain organised records, files, and documentation
- Track ongoing tasks and deadlines
- Handle sensitive client information with discretion and professionalism
What you’ll bring to the team
- University Degree or other relevant experience
- Previous work experience, either paid or voluntary
- Language skills (fluent in English plus other European or Middle Eastern languages are advantageous).
- An interest in Art
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to deal with multiple projects at a time
- Client facing experience
- Business minded
- Excellent written English
