The work we do helps businesses orchestrate across their technology ecosystems to solve the underlying problems that impact business outcomes. We have opportunities in our Pega Practice, based in Birmingham, for our spring and summer intakes. And for our Workday Practice, based in London, for our summer intake.

Regarding Pega, it is a leading low-code development platform that enables businesses to build, deploy, and manage enterprise applications efficiently. It is widely used for automating workflows, enhancing customer engagement, and streamlining operations. It also offers latest AI capabilities for leverage. As part of your initial role, you will be understanding the code implementation, verifying it against requirements. You would then transition into more active participation in designing, building, verifying, enhancing, and implementing digital solutions.  A Computer Science or Information Technology degree and programming experience in Java, SQL, Cloud and React is desirable

Workday automates manual HR and finance tasks and uses AI to recommend actions — helping UK teams focus on strategic goals rather than administration.  Cognizant Workday practice helps improve employee experience across our customers and transform the ways of working. For Workday you can have any degree discipline, but having experience of tech, finance or HR will stand you in good stead.
