We are seeking a motivated and commercially minded Surveyor—whether graduate, newly qualified, or about to qualify—to join our dynamic and growing team. Key responsibilities

  • Support the leasing of office space across Manchester and the wider North West region
  • Assist in the instruction and disposal of office properties on behalf of landlord clients
  • Work alongside senior team members on high-profile agency instructions
  • Undertake market research, analysis, and prepare client reports and presentations
  • Conduct property inspections, viewings, and accompany clients on site visits
  • Contribute to marketing strategies, including preparation of particulars and online listings
  • Build and maintain relationships with landlords, occupiers, and industry contacts
  • Monitor market trends, deals, and competitor activity to support business development
  • Assist with lease negotiations and heads of terms documentation
  • Ensure all activities are compliant with internal processes and professional standards

Skills & experience

  • Degree in Real Estate, Property, or a related discipline
  • Working towards APC, newly MRICS qualified, or about to qualify
  • Strong interest in commercial property, particularly office agency/leasing
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Commercial awareness and an understanding of the Manchester office market (desirable)
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
  • Proactive, driven, and team-oriented approach
  • High attention to detail and professional standards
  • Competent in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Full UK driving licence (desirable)
