As a Graduate Surveyor you will be placed into our dynamic Valuations Division where you will work closely with clients and team members as well as with other graduates going through our in-house training programme and the APC process.
This programme is non-rotational, but you will have plenty of opportunities to build up broad experience across the whole department.
What to expect
As a Graduate Surveyor you will be expected to complete our bespoke in-house modular assessment programme alongside study and completion of your APC. Cushman & Wakefield will provide all the training and support across our two-year graduate programme to help you achieve this, and what we ask in return is your enthusiastic and motivated approach.
Eligibility
You’ll need to be on course to achieve a 2.1 in a specific accredited degree, or already hold a 2.1. A good eye for detail is important too, as is the readiness to get involved in whatever project comes your way. This role is ideal for someone who is mathematically inclined and has good analytical skills.
