About the role

As a Developer you’ll be a key member of our consulting services team working on a range of assignments using all the latest tools and technologies, and assisting our high profile clients, such as Waitrose, the NHS Resolution and WorldPay.

You’ll be an expert in a wide range of skills including cloud infrastructure, programming and testing. Through practical hands-on experience and ongoing training, you’ll be continually expanding your knowledge and developing new skills.

What you'll do

Once you’ve completed our Graduate Training Programme you’ll work either in-house or at client sites across the UK delivering exceptional service and building on your knowledge.

A snapshot of a typical day may look a little like this:

  • Reviewing a client’s system to make sure you know their product inside and out
  • Using your technical knowledge and problem-solving skills to write top quality code
  • Testing the software to ensure it’s working as intended
  • Building a new Cloud data platform in AWS and Google Cloud
  • Continuing to learn about relevant tools and technologies

We don’t expect any specific IT experience, nor do we expect you to work for nothing - so before you’re assigned a live client project you’ll get the chance to learn all the necessary skills while getting paid.

Here’s what you can expect:

  • Around 5 months' extensive training in software programming, testing and cloud computing
  • A designated mentor to help you through the course
  • Access to further resources to build your knowledge base
