About the role
Our graduate programme is a two-year structured scheme that gives you the opportunity to learn and develop in different placements across the business and across the UK. You’ll gain experience in both our generation and our electricity supply businesses, learning how each operate and contribute to our overall success, and gaining valuable skills along the way. The range of placements available will give you a chance to find out what’s right for you – perfect for someone who’s open-minded about their future.

About you
To be considered you’ll need to have finished your studies by Autumn 2022, with a minimum classification (target or actual) of 2:1 in a STEM or analytical subject. You’ll have a numerate background and inquisitive nature, alongside drive and determination to succeed.
You’ll have good communication skills, both verbal and written, and you’ll be a team player who can build relationships effectively. You’ll be conscientious with a sharp eye for detail and able to work under pressure and juggle priorities.
