Our Emerging Talent Programme is a two-year graduate programme designed to give you strong technical foundations, real responsibility, and the support you need to grow your career at Enstar. Alongside your day-to-day role, you’ll follow a structured development plan that includes hands-on experience, learning opportunities, and exposure across the business. You’ll gain practical insight into how Enstar operates, work on meaningful projects, and develop skills that will set you up for long-term success. Throughout the programme, you’ll be supported with regular feedback, skills workshops, and mentoring from a senior manager, helping you build confidence and progress at pace. 

About the Role 

As a Compliance Graduate, you’ll join Enstar’s Global Compliance function, supporting the delivery of compliance activity across multiple jurisdictions. You’ll gain exposure to a broad range of regulatory and compliance topics while helping the business meet its obligations. This role is ideal for graduates who are detail oriented, organised, and interested in how regulation supports responsible business practices. 

What You’ll Be Doing 

In this role, you’ll gain hands-on experience supporting a range of capital modelling activities. Your work may include: 

  • Assisting with sanctions screening and regulatory checks 
  • Supporting compliance assurance reviews and control testing 
  • Helping prepare reports and materials for internal stakeholders 
  • Tracking regulatory changes and supporting policy updates 
  • Working closely with colleagues across the business to provide compliance support 

You’ll be encouraged to ask questions, share ideas, and take increasing ownership as you build your confidence and capability.

What You’ll Bring to the Role 

We’re looking for graduates who are curious, motivated, and keen to learn. You don’t need prior insurance experience; we’ll support your development from day one. 

You’ll likely have: 

  • A degree in any discipline, with Law, Business or Finance being helpful but not essential 
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills 
  • Good organisational skills and attention to detail 
  • Confidence working independently and as part of a wider team 
  • An interest in compliance, regulation and governance
