Our Emerging Talent Programme is a two-year graduate programme designed to give you strong technical foundations, real responsibility, and the support you need to grow your career at Enstar. Alongside your day-to-day role, you’ll follow a structured development plan that includes hands-on experience, learning opportunities, and exposure across the business. You’ll gain practical insight into how Enstar operates, work on meaningful projects, and develop skills that will set you up for long-term success. Throughout the programme, you’ll be supported with regular feedback, skills workshops, and mentoring from a senior manager, helping you build confidence and progress at pace.
About the Role
As an Operations Analyst Graduate, you’ll join Enstar’s Global Operations function, with a particular focus on supporting Claims, you will build knowledge of business processes, controls, governance, and service delivery within the London Insurance Market. You will gain exposure to how operational teams support claims handling in practice, working with key stakeholders, resolving operational issues, and analysing data to support effective outcomes.
What You’ll Be Doing
In this role, you’ll build hands-on experience across a range of operational activities. Your work will include:
- Supporting day-to-day Claims operations to ensure processes are accurate, efficient, and aligned with governance and controls
- Assisting with quality checks and working with stakeholders across Claims, Finance, Change, and Compliance to resolve queries
- Contributing to process improvement initiatives and enhancing operational efficiency, including exposure to AI and new technologies
- Supporting documentation, reporting, and analysis to track performance, KPIs, and operational trends
- Identifying potential risks or control gaps and preparing information for audits, reviews, and control testing
You’ll be encouraged to ask questions, share ideas, and take increasing ownership as you build your confidence and capability.
What You’ll Bring to the Role
We’re looking for graduates who are curious, motivated, and keen to learn. You don’t need prior insurance experience; we’ll support your development from day one.
You’ll likely have:
- A degree in Operations, Business, Economics or Finance or a similar field
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Good organisational skills and attention to detail
- Confidence working independently and as part of a wider team
- An interest in business operations, process improvement, governance, and delivering high-quality outcomes.
