Our Emerging Talent Programme is a two-year graduate programme designed to give you strong technical foundations, real responsibility, and the support you need to grow your career at Enstar. Alongside your day-to-day role, you’ll follow a structured development plan that includes hands-on experience, learning opportunities, and exposure across the business. You’ll gain practical insight into how Enstar operates, work on meaningful projects, and develop skills that will set you up for long-term success. Throughout the programme, you’ll be supported with regular feedback, skills workshops, and mentoring from a senior manager, helping you build confidence and progress at pace. 

About the Role 

As a Procurement Graduate, you’ll join Enstar’s Procurement team, supporting how the business works with suppliers and manages spend, risk and value. This role is suited to graduates who enjoy analysis, stakeholder engagement and understanding how commercial decisions support the wider organisation. 

What You’ll Be Doing 

In this role, you’ll gain hands-on experience supporting a range of capital modelling activities. Your work may include: 

  • Supporting spend analysis and supplier insights 
  • Assisting with sourcing activities and supplier evaluations 
  • Helping track contracts and supplier performance 
  • Working with stakeholders across Finance, IT and HR 
  • Contributing to process improvements and governance activity 

You’ll be encouraged to ask questions, share ideas, and take increasing ownership as you build your confidence and capability. 

What You’ll Bring to the Role 

We’re looking for graduates who are curious, motivated, and keen to learn. You don’t need prior insurance experience; we’ll support your development from day one. 

You’ll likely have: 

  • A degree in Business, Finance, Management or a related discipline 
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail 
  • Confidence working with data and Excel 
  • Clear communication skills and a collaborative approach 
  • An interest in procurement, commercial decision-making or supplier management
