Define your future in a specialist area of insurance at the heart of the global financial system.
Enstar works in a specialist area of the insurance industry that brings together finance, risk and strategy. We focus on the retrospective market, which is where insurers manage or transfer older insurance policies that are no longer being sold. While this is an area many students haven’t heard of, it plays an important role in keeping the global financial system running smoothly.
This internship gives you the chance to see how this works in practice. You’ll be involved in real projects linked to risk, capital and business decisions, and learn how insurance companies adapt and grow. If you’re interested in insurance, finance or risk, this is a great way to build your understanding and learn from experienced professionals.
Founded in 1993, Enstar has grown from a start-up into a global reinsurance group and a leader in retrospective insurance solutions. With around 800 employees across major insurance locations worldwide, we help our clients manage risk, free up capital and plan for future growth.
