About the programme
When you join our Consulting team, you'll do more than just advise businesses – you’ll collaborate with key decision-makers to help them make better choices. You’ll have the chance to immerse yourself within organisations, from local start-ups to global conglomerates, to explore every angle and offer them fresh approaches to their pressing issues. And you’ll do all this while laying the foundations for a unique and exciting career at EY – one that will see you building a better working world alongside people who’ll push you to your full potential.
What will you be doing?
- Working with a variety of clients from start-ups to recognisable organisations.
- Listening to client problems and defining strategies and solutions.
- Developing proposals and business cases for EY or our clients.
- Analysing trends in industries like banking, retail or telecommunications, media and technology.
- You’ll also be expected to be flexible and spend time away from your office.
How is it structured?
We'll help you develop the skills to decipher how each client problem is different and to find innovative ways of solving them. You'll be part of a large graduate community which is a great opportunity to build your network, participate in corporate sustainability events and develop your leadership skills.
Whichever programme you join, you'll benefit from access to training and development resources as well as support from colleagues within your team. Since no two projects will be the same, we’ll coach and mentor you in a way that will prepare you for anything.
By the time you finish, you can expect to be well on your way to becoming a Senior Consultant with the opportunity to build a speciality in your preferred area.
Alongside our programme offering, we give you all the training and exposure to real-world work you could want. We also offer company-wide and programme-specific rewards that make all the hard work worthwhile. These include wellbeing initiatives, a free tech MBA, healthcare support, a pension scheme and more.
