About this Opportunity

Joining Gleeds, you will have the opportunity to experience a wide range of roles within the field of Project Management for different clients. You will be part of a team that delivers every aspect of the project life-cycle, from business case definition, concept and detailed design development, to procurement, delivery and handover of assets to the end user upon completion.

The role of Project Management within Gleeds Infrastructure is to provide flexible, effective programme, portfolio and project management across the entire project lifecycle, managing time, quality, cost, change and risk.

As a graduate project manager, you will play a pivotal ensuring that our projects are delivered to the highest quality, on time and within budget, whilst being supported by Project Managers, gaining that wealth of knowledge whilst learning.

Our qualified in-house experts provide independent support and advice on all sizes of projects, in both the public and private sectors. We have a broad portfolio of clients and projects to develop the core skills and expertise of our staff, with proven success in career progression and industry recognition, resulting in opportunities to undertake senior leadership roles within our teams.

Our core services include programme, project, portfolio, cost, procurement and commercial management. We also offer expert advice on funding.

If you have completed a degree within the last two years, our graduate scheme is open to you.

A degree in Project Management is preferred but not essential. We will also accept applications from students with a degree background in: Construction Management, Engineering Discipline, Environmental Project Management, Business Studies or similar.

We are keen to review applications from individuals that are organised, excellent with numbers and have keen interest for the inner workings of infrastructure and construction projects.
