This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience working on high-quality fit-out and refurbishment projects across a range of sectors. Working alongside experienced commercial and project delivery teams, you’ll develop a broad understanding of the construction industry while building valuable technical, commercial, and professional skills.
You’ll be involved in supporting project delivery from pre-construction through to completion, gaining exposure to cost management, procurement, planning, project coordination, and client engagement. With structured training, mentoring, and real project responsibility, you’ll have the opportunity to establish a successful career within a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Key responsibilities
- Support project teams in the successful delivery of interior fit-out and refurbishment projects.
- Assist with project planning, procurement, cost management, and reporting activities.
- Attend site visits, progress meetings, and client meetings.
- Help maintain project records, documentation, and reporting information.
- Build relationships with clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and colleagues.
- Contribute to project performance, quality, and commercial objectives.
- Develop an understanding of construction processes, contracts, and project delivery.
- Participate in structured training and professional development programmes.

Technical competencies
Essential
- A degree (or expected degree) in Quantity Surveying, Commercial Management, or a construction related discipline.
- Demonstrate strong communication skills.
- Strong numerical, analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong IT skills.
- Right to work in the UK.
- Full UK Driving Licence.
Desirable
- An appreciation of Health & Safety practices.
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Previous placement, internship, or work experience within construction.
- Understanding of the fit-out or construction industry.
- Able to demonstrate problem solving.
